Support Analyst – Elstree - £36k + Package
Support Analyst required for an innovative (and very different) Customer Engagement Leader.

Day-to-day you’ll be working with the case tracking system – tackling incoming notifications about user problems, taking calls from customers and supporting them through their difficulties until a solution is found and satisfaction is assured.
Ideally looking for Around 4+ years software support experience - more or less experience doesn't disqualify you, we just think that this is the sweet spot for us.
Do you have Logical and analytical problem solving skills?
Have previously offered support on product related technologies such as XML, XSL, Windows, HTML and PDF? Including operating systems and related technologies such as Linux.
And of course you will need to have experience of troubleshooting browser related issues.
