Outside IR35
To hire outside IR35, you need to prove that your contract role doesn’t qualify as ‘disguised employment’ and that you’ve taken ‘reasonable care’ to determine your contractor’s employment status.

- Produce all necessary paperwork - including the essential Status Determination Statement.
