ServiceNow Consultant (Technical) is required to join this leading Sussex based UK IT outsourcing provider who have recently implemented the ITSM platform - ServiceNow – this is the companies most significant system investment in its history.
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical SME who is happy to work both as a technical hands on consultant as well as being an advisor and someone who will champion and develop the usage both internally and externally. You will be client facing and may be required on occasion to lend your expertise with clients to explain how this company can best utilise this powerful system. The new ITSM platform is transforming the way this company manages the services delivered to their customers by driving up quality, speed of delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
As well as the phone and email, end users can now simply log on to a self-service portal – which they can do from any device and on a 24/7 basis – to request IT services, log issues, and track progress. The platform is fully integrated with the companies telephone systems, making the process of tracking, logging and fulfilling their calls smoother and more efficient. In addition, it’s been Integrated with the companies monitoring platform will speed up the way the service desk can proactively react to an issue with their clients’ infrastructure and help minimise the risk of alarms being missed.
