Due to a continued success within the hospitality sector I am looking for a Data Bureau Administrator/Coordinator to work within the Project Services Team of this market leading company who simply refuse to stand still!

Ultimately you will be assisting in the development of the of in house data bureau service and ensuring all new customer systems are designed and implemented to the Company standard.
To ensure procedures and standards are met you will be liaising with member of the Project Services and Account Services teams. You will be reporting into the Data Bureau Manager and working with them to ensure that customer projects are handled effectively and efficiently.
As the Data Bureau Administrator/Coordinator you will understand the customer business requirement and apply any policies and procedures to the database structure, you will be coordinating all areas of data in preparation for input; as well as acting on all customer and internal inquiries and requests and ensuring they are dealt with effectively.
You will have previous hospitality experience within an admin/project/coordination capacity as well as good knowledge and understanding of food and beverages. Your planning and organisational skills will be second to known and you will be unfazed in any unexpected changes that may occur and will still ensure that objectives are met.
This role will be based in Oxford however due to the demanding nature there may be some flexibility required and you may need to travel to clients sites, and also the companies head office.
