An Account Manager is required to become part of the Client Services team within the UK Leading EPOS provider.
You will be part of the Client Services team that is responsible for the successful delivery of projects, engaging with the business customers and stakeholders in order to deliver projects to a high standard. As a member of the Client Services team, developing long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients is key, so experience in Account Management is also a key skill for this opportunity.
You will champion your clients’ needs internally, ensuring that project requirements are fully understood so that the right solution is delivered. You will gain a sound knowledge of the products and services that your company offers, liaising with the technical experts where required, to position the company as a trusted advisor as well as being confident when communicating to your customers the complex features and benefits that available to them.
As the Account Manager you will liaise with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions/projects according to the customer needs. Also you will be responsible for the maintaining project documents and providing status updates, in order to ensure deadlines are met.
Typically with projects and the hospitality space - there will be a degree of flexibility required in working hours and client meetings will need attending.
