Identifi global was founded in 2015 around a simple idea: recruitment should feel better than it often does.
Too often, the process becomes transactional. A role is opened, CVs are sent, interviews are arranged and everyone moves quickly towards the next hire.
We wanted to build something more considered.

Today, we recruit Business Change & Transformation, Business Services, Technology and Information & Cyber Security, across Permanent, Contract and Executive hiring. Much of our work is within complex, regulated and security-conscious environments, where experience, trust and specialist networks really matter.
But the principle behind the business has never changed.

A new chapter
In 2025, Identifi became part of the Issured Group, bringing together two businesses with a shared focus on people, technology and organisational change.
Issured works with organisations navigating complex transformation, bringing expertise across consultancy and delivery, business change, secure technology, cyber security, training and workforce development.
For Identifi, joining the Group was a natural next step.
Recruitment is often only one part of a much bigger challenge. Organisations need the right people, but they also need the skills, technology and capability to adapt and grow.

Understand before you recruit
We don't believe great recruitment starts with searching a database. It starts with understanding why the hire matters.
So we spend time getting beneath the job description — understanding the environment, the challenges, the team and what success will actually look like.
Sometimes that means finding someone through a network built over many years. Sometimes it means mapping a market, challenging a brief or reaching people who aren't actively looking.
