Job Description

Software Asset Management / Licence Auditor consultant is required by this top tier professional services firm based in Central London. The team has over 20 licence auditors and Software Asset Management consultants and has grown three times the revenue over the past couple of years.

They pride themselves as being the best independent Software Asset Management consultancy and services firm in the UK. Many of the team come from ex-vendor / Big four audit backgrounds and their approach to Software Asset Management has a unique blend of focuses on contract analytics and automation.

Based in Central London, near to one of the main London railway hubs, the culture is energetic and ambitious. They do not operate a rigid pyramid structure like large corporations, instead they work flat as a team and often roles are rotated between projects. Travel to North America, Asia and Europe is likely to be required but should not be more often than an average of 5 days a month.

The salary range is between £65 and £75k plus between 10 - 15% on target bonus. Typically you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAM/Compliance, ideally from a large Audit company background. You must have the ability to bring either SAM services or licence compliance service to market. Experience working on large RFPs for Tier 1 vendors and FTSE250 clients for SAM work is a must.

This role will have responsibility to coach a highly ambitious yet young team of around 10 ex-Big Four and vendor consultants. (2-3 Managers, 2-3 Senior Consultants and 3-4 Consultants). You must be a good people manager that is capable of coaching and delivering a team.

The role reports directly to the Managing Director and will be the only Senior Manager on the team. Due to the companies fast growth, promotion to Director in 2 – 3 years is a very achievable target.

Vendor Preference although not specific, preferably would include Oracle, IBM, Symantec and HP skills.
