Project Coordinator - FTC 

Location - Watford

Salary - £22-£25k plus excellent company benefits

Immediate Start 

My client is the leading EPoS hardware and systems provider in the UK who have an enviable reputation in the hospitality and retail sector and a host of blue chip clients.

Due to continued successful growth they are now looking for a Project Support Coordinator.  You will be reporting directly to the Key Client Manager and you will be expected to support the Project Managers and be responsible for carrying out all relevant administration tasks connected to project delivery.

You will assist and work closely Project Managers with the day-to-day management and delivery of administrations tasks including ensuring sales handover packs are completed, liaising with customers re plans requirements, controlling task/issues lists and ensuring that these are delivered on times, and booking of required project resources.

Also, you will be providing customer and management reporting, you’ll be the central point of contact for both customers and internal resources, conducting administrative duties as requested by the project services team, establishing effective, constructive and collaborative relationships with other company departments.

This position is ideally suited to someone looking to progress professionally within a project management/ project supervision role, who can offer relevant project management knowledge and experience. You will be solutions focused and able to help the project team with any issues that may arise. You will demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach and be willing to undertake training as required. You will possess good team working and interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication and IT skills. In addition, you will be well organised with good administration skills and able to cope with varying daily workloads.

Ideally you will have knowledge of hospitality industry, experience of working in an Epos/Engineering/Implementation/Training Environment.  Again, ideally hospitality/retail experience with Prince2 qualifications.
