Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will report to the Operations Manager and provide administrative support, project and resource management, answering emails, working with MS Excel Spreadsheets and MS Word documents. Qualified candidates will have good verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, a friendly demeanour and be IT literate.

 

Examples of Office Administrator responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors to our offices
  • Conduct clerical duties including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Coordinate project deliverables and book resources for projects
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for consultants
  • Provide administrative support for senior management

Required Office Administrator skills

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
