Service Management Analyst (Latest Technology, Good Pay, Opportunities to Progress)
A Service Management Analyst required by one of the UK's largest provider of outsourced payment-processing services to banks, based in Northampton. They offer their staff, excellent personal development, competitive pay and investment in the latest technology.
A market leader in processing domestic cheques across the UK, handling over 500 million cheques every year. They specialise in banking and financial services operations covering services like, fraud management, ISA & Mortgage processing, Scanning facilities and reconcilements. They are on track to become market leader in providing a paperless society through the provision of an Image based processing and exchange structure.
As the IT Service Management Analyst here you will cover a number of the Service Management disciplines including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, and IT Integration. There will be opportunities to experience, work in, learn and develop within all of these disciplines as part of a motivated cross function team. The role is paying £20,941 - £28,305 per annum
To be successful in this role you will need working / proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience or involvement in either, Incident management, Problem management, Change & release management, Service transition / integration. If you have an ITIL certification also, this would be highly desirable but not essential.
The role will be based in Northampton with occasional travel to other sites. The working hours will be 35 hours Monday – Friday. There is plenty of free onsite parking and easily commutable via local bus routes, with a generous subsidised canteen serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. (The bacon roles are pretty good)
