IT Procurement Coordinator or IT Buyer

The opportunity for an IT Procurement Coordinator or an IT Buyer to join a successful and dynamic company who are continually growing. They deliver IT Services nationally into the hospitality and retail space and are now looking for this individual who will take a holistic approach to the business, reviewing existing and implementing new processes as necessary, determining the added value of these processes and generally improving performance and communication across all departments.
This role will require you to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, clients, vendors, project teams and other internal departments. You will have a natural aptitude to working with businesses – analysing, creating and documenting business processes to ensure that the company gets to where you need and want to be.
You will be confident in holding workshops and meeting with stakeholders and vendors to create process documents as well as experience of process analysis and process mapping. You will be able to confidently explore processes in depth and report them to the business stakeholders.
Your previous procurement experience and technical knowledge will be a necessary in this role, especially if you have worked within the hospitality and EPOS arena.
