Job Description

Digital Designer / Developer is required by this well extremely well known Sports and fashion apparel company who provide cutting-edge design & quality sportswear.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional mid weight Digital Designer to join our small dynamic team.  We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and conscientious team player that enjoys working in a fast paced environment. 

You will have an eye for detail, strong organisational and communication skills to provide world-class enviable design solutions and digital communications.  Designing for a variety of platforms including digital campaigns, HTML newsletters, blog posts, banner ads, competitions, social media content, multimedia projects, Apps and the brand website.  You will also design and implement strategies suggesting innovations and content ideas that will increase our digital reach and engagement.  This role will be heavily involved in the marketing and ecommerce strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.  As part of the digital team you will be a valuable member of the wider in house creative team.   

Key responsibilities will include front-end design and development as well as all brand imagery including re-touching and editing and maintaining the website. You will continually monitor and improving UX as well as add to planning strategic digital marketing campaigns.

In addition, you will reporting on email performance and feedback results and forecast email plans with reference to data segments, key trading periods and previous season results as well as managing data segmentation for all email sends

Update and creation will be in HTML and CSS based content for the website.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience, ideally with a relevant BA (Hons) degree or qualification.

You will have In depth knowledge of Google Analytics and other such tools and will be commercially astute with high level of attention to detail and strong testing skill.

Technical knowledge will be in HTML, CSS, PHP and general web development as well as strong experience with UX and wire framing process and ideally working with Magento, Knowledge of PPC would be a plus.
