Change Manager - Digital Transformation.
This is a long term contract for a leading Gloucester based Emergency Services organisation who are going through a large digital transformation programme and you will be joining at the conception stage.
You will manage, strategically and operationally, the successful transition of business change arising from the Digital Transformation Programme and its supporting projects, ensuring successful implementation of newly developed processes, activities, behaviours and roles across the organisation.
You will lead a culture of change, including the delivery of critical activities across the organisation managing through embedded change champions to ensure programme delivery. The results being that you will secure and ensure the successful delivery of the programme outcomes and benefits.
You will be accountable for the development and implementation of effective change management strategy and plans, working with key stakeholders, managing the critical change interfaces between the programme, executive and operations to secure the delivery of programme outcomes and realisation of benefits whilst maintaining business as usual (BAU).
You will be responsible for the identification of key stakeholders ensuring the required levels of effective two-way communication and engagement is provisioned, critically regarding programme progress, issues and developments and will lead the required planning for service transition and transformation, including the development of service operating models.
Leading on the required preparation for those areas of the organisation directly affected by the transition and transformation of new ways of working and optimising the timing of release deliverables into business operations.
Because of the nature of this organisations work, you will be expected to maintain a high standard of information security and be vetted to SC level, clearly those with current SC level clearance are available to start much sooner and this would be seen as definite benefit.
