Location - Peterborough

Salary - £50k + DOE (Excellent Company Benefits)

A Business Systems Manager based in Peterborough is required for an immediate start to join this globally recognised business who thrive on growth. Ultimately you will be involved within the four principle accountabilities of the business, supporting and helping deliver the IS strategy in-line with the business strategy as well as collaborating with the business and its partners to help deliver change, managing the training and support for the business systems and ensuring that the business complies with the corporate IT policies.

You will be supporting and helping deliver IS Strategy within the business, ensuring existing systems meet the businesses requirements and are adequately supported, whilst also sup-porting the company to ensure that the implementation of system changes meet business requirements and expectations.  You'll have involvement within any feasibility studies for potential new systems and assist in the software selection process, while also supporting and helping deliver change and also collaborate with project sponsors, project managers and stakeholders to determine the scope, cost and timescale of new business systems and enhancements to existing systems

Within this role you will also be required to manage the testing cycle of new and enhanced business systems features, communicating test progress, test results, and other relevant in-formation to project stakeholder.  Coordinate content within any Support, Development and Pre production System environments, ensure process changes, enhancements, and modifications are communicated and training is provided to all affected users as part of the project activity

Essentially you will be accountable for the support of the business systems (through key and specialist users) and responsible for managing the services delivered throughout the company.  Managing the resolution of issues, escalating with individuals and stakeholder groups where appropriate, Monitor the SLA performance of internal and external service providers

As the successful candidate you will have strong academics to degree level, ICT management, experienced within Prince 2 and Service Delivery Management.
