Business Analyst - ITSM - Financial Services
Our financial services client are looking for 2 Business Analysts to work in an IT service management environment. The business analyst will be able to demonstrate strong experience in IT service management, operational process design, OLA's and SLA's, incident management and system performance requirements capture and definition.
You'll naturally have strong stakeholder management/relationship and communication skills and will liaise with both project and service delivery managers.
- IT service management (ITSM)
- Understanding of operational and business processes
- ISEB/ITIL certified
- Full project life cycle experience
- Stakeholder management skills
- Financial services/banking experience
