Application Support Analyst – Based in Northamptonshire at this world renowned sports and events complex, we have an opportunity for someone to join this exciting and unique business.
The small but dynamic IT team are looking for a new team member to help oversee their main business applications including Ticketing and Event management software.
You will also be expected to help with the day to day support of users and the various events which are run throughout the year.
You will provide first / second line support on their Business Applications whilst investigating and resolving application functionality related issues. You will work with the 3rd Parties to seek resolutions and will document policy and procedures around the various business application.
You will be providing assistance to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology and will provide Event Support to a number of high profile events.
This is a great opportunity to participate in IT Projects and keep up to date with the latest technologies.
We are looking for you to have the ability to cope under pressure and prioritize workload to meet pre-agreed deadlines, you will have proven support experience with critical Business Applications and ideally experience with Ticketing, CRM or Event or hospitality type management applications.
Your Microsoft Office skills will be at an advanced level.
Any of the following skills would also be beneficial - Linux Management, Active Directory, Web technologies, including HTML, CSS, PHP and Database management, including SQL Server and MySQL.
The package pays up to £26,000 per annum with 25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays), additional benefits after qualifying Period along with a company contributory pension scheme.
