Managing Consultant - Pentesting ( Flexible Working, Leading Tech Community, Great People)
Are you an experienced Penetrating Testing Specialist, looking to to develop your career into management but still keep your hand in technically?

As a Managing Consultant you will act as a Technical Assurance Lead and form part of the Management team to maintain, develop and lead the Pentesting Team in your region (currently 15 people).
You will operate at a senior level across the company including as needed with IT, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Operations, Scheduling, Sales, Pre-sales, other regional leads, and other delivery teams. You will work closely with the scheduling team to ensure to build the right teams to deliver bespoke projects to clients. In this role you will spend approx. 60% of your time managing and developing people and 40% billable work.
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years people management experience, with a strong passion for developing people. You will thrive on client engagement and delivering first-class service. Additionally you will
- Come from a pentesting background
- Be CREST OR TIGER Certified (Lapsed OK)
- Have excellent communicatin skills (Written & Verbal)
Location and Travel
The role is based at out of the Cheltenham office but will require travel to other business sites and client sites globally, when needed. There is flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
Salary and Package
This is paying up to 85k with a team performance related bonus & Private Health Care
