Joining an experienced and professional support team, as an IT Support Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd Line support.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1 years working experience in a helpdesk environment who’s looking to take the next step.
You will have a MS MCP or equivalent and an understanding of Server and network technologies.

You will provide a sympathetic and efficient trouble shooting service for all reported IT problems and will manage specific IT support work through to successful conclusion, including co-ordinating the work of outside vendors, and ensuring their ongoing maintenance and support to high levels of performance and reliability
Essentially, you will have supported Window 7/Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2013/Office 365 environments and will have a good general technical understanding of Personal computers, mobile/tablet devices (Android / Ipad / Windows).
This is a 6 month initial FTC however should the 6 months go well, it’s highly likely that we can look at making the role permanent or extend beyond.
