IT Service Manager
Salary – £45,000 plus 10% Company Bonus
An IT Service Manager is required for this diversified international food, ingredients and retail group who operate in 50 countries. Whilst some companies claim to be the best thing since sliced bread this company actually are! In the 1930s they introduced sliced bread to the UK for the first time.
As the IT Service Manager you will have primary accountability for the delivery of change management, problem management, service architecture and monitoring/reporting services. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting and optimising key functional areas for Service Support, Problem and Change Management.
You will be working closely with the management team and other areas of the company in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost effective technology solutions throughout the organisation.
