Service Design/Transition Manger - We are actively seeking a Service Design/Transition Manager to join a market leading organisation based out of Central London. The role of Service Design/Transition Manager is required in order to significantly improve the overall quality of the delivery within this organisation as well as helping to drive performance on a high profile in house project. In the position of Service Design/Transition Manager you will have had previous experience leading the the overall design/transition of O365 into support (Exchange, Azure etc). As a Service Design/Transition Manager you will need to manage a multitude of consultants, 3rd parties and vendors in order to deliver this aspect of the project (previous experience managing 3rd parties is essential) 

Skills and experience required for the position of Service Design/Transition Manager:

  • Previous experience leading Service Design/Transitions to O365
  • Experience with Exchange, Azure and InTune (highly desirable)
  • Experienced in the management of Service Readiness testing and defintion
  • A drive to improve an already established support environment
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and formats
  • In depth knowledge of Office 365 and the overall impact it can have on an organisation.
