Risk Assurance Manager £50-55k + Great benefits package
The primary focus of the Risk and Assurance Manager will be to provide assurance that the company continues to effectively operate controls and mitigate risks through delivery of internal assurance reviews (audits).
In addition the role will partner with other members of the Risk and Compliance team and the business to ensure the Risk Management Policy and Framework is fully and effectively embedded and support the delivery of Risk education programmes across the business.
A market leader in processing domestic cheques across the UK, handling over 500 million cheques every year. They specialise in banking and financial services operations covering services like, fraud management, ISA & Mortgage processing, Scanning facilities and reconcilements. They are on track to become market leader in providing a paperless society through the provision of an Image based processing and exchange structure.
Experience of audit, risk assessment and compliance processes.
Experience and good understanding of technology, information security and change risk
Able to analyse, understand and present complex information and report in a variety of mediums such as reports or presentations
Effectively plan, organise and prioritise tasks to ensure delivery meets time critical deadlines
Ability to communicate at all levels within the business and with client and external stakeholders (written and verbal)
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy in delivering output
