Recruitment Resourcer- Bedford - Salary + Comission.
identifi AutoTech is part of identifi global resources – The AutoTech business provides recruitment services specifically to the automotive industry and has several key clients who we provide a full recruitment outsourcing service.
We are currently scaling that business and require a Recruitment Resourcer to join this growing business, it will be your job to support the principal account manager with certain tasks.
Typically this will include you learning and applying modern search techniques – using social media and developing networks and relationships, you will be researching and sourcing great talent and candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
So, what will you actually be doing?
Typically, you'll be carrying out these types of duties every day:
- Source and select candidates
- Network and advertise to potential candidates
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.
You'll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.
You could be dealing with permanent, contract and temporary placements, and finding suitable candidates at a range of different levels.

Typically it’s a Monday to Friday role, 8.30am – 5.30pm however the role of a recruiter is typically managed on line so it can be quite immersive – candidates tend to talk to us 24/7. Although the role is mainly desk-based, you'll get to meet clients and candidates both on and off site.
At identifi we firmly believe in focusing on a specialist field, in this case, it’s Automotive but we will also teach you how to transfer your skills over if you decide to follow a more structured path.
