Looking for an experienced PMO coordinator to join a breakaway element of a leading organisation within the utilities industry. In the capacity of PMO you will be tasked with helping to develop the Project Management Office of a newly established organisation looking at the complete innovation of utilities within the UK. As an experience PMO you will be tasked with creating in depth presentations to the business which will combine your ability to communicate and influence stake holders within the organisation as well as conveying further the plans for the PMO function. Experience of working within an Agile environment is highly desirable as well as working with Jira and Confluence.
Skills and experience required for the position of PMO Coordinator:
- Previous experience in the capacity of PMO Coordinator
- Experience of Agile Methodologies
- Good working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Project Governance experience
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills across all levels and formats.
