PMO Analyst - SC cleared - London


There is an opportunity to make significant contribution to a new and exciting Digital Transformation programme, which is bringing their business applications into the 21st century and driving efficiency forward by the use of technology.


This role seeks an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst. The successful PMO Analyst will manage the day-to-day administration of the project, ensuring it sets and maintains a gold standard in project delivery and good governance.


Key Tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Work in an agile delivery project team to develop and maintain the project plan.
  2. Support the team with general administration assistance, organise various project governance forums such as Project Board, Business and Technical Design Authority, Sprint Planning, Show and Tell etc.
  3. Capture formal minutes at the formal governance meeting such as Project Board and Business and Technical Design Authority.
  4. Coordinate the collation of project board collateral including project highlight report, RAID log, and Project board slides.
  5. Coordinate the collation of business and design authority collateral.
  6. Coordinate the collation of suppliers plan and integrate them in MSP plan to track dependencies across various work streams.
  7. Successful track record in a similar role within a high-pressure, project environment.


Key Skills

  1. Experience using Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Excel, JIRA, Confluence and MS Project.
  2. Relevant general administrative assistance.
  3. Must have an IT/Finance based degree or equivalent qualification.
  4. Highly motivated with ability to drive results
  5. Strong organisational skills and self-structure
  6. Experience of working in PMO capacity on a enterprise grade technology transformation project.
  7. Proven ability to interact and communicate with and at all levels of the organisation

Desirable Skills

  1. Previous PMO experience in a blue chip organisation or leading consultancy firm.
