Junior Support Engineer
3-6 month contract
We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to work with a global training organisation based in central London.
The main responsibilities will be providing general PC and laptop support dealing with internet connection, email, desktop application, hardware issues, imaging laptops and occasional server/networking amendments in conjunction with the main US support team (all main support functions/infrastructure is hosted in the US). Other duties will include preparing video conferencing rooms and providing some basic support if needed on Crestron and Cisco panels/touch interfaces.
The role requires an excellent trouble-shooter, someone with good Windows, MS Office and Hardware support experience. You must possess excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in all of your activities.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week) so would suit someone looking for flexibility around their working week.
