Internal Sales – Hemel Hempstead - Negotiable Salary

Our client is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of service and support within the engineering industry and due to their continued growth they are looking for additional Internal Sales Executives to join their vibrant, high performing sales team.


Duties of the successful Internal Sales Executive will include:

  • Generate appointments for external Account Managers
  • Communicate with customers in a clear, professional and articulate manner, mainly by telephone but also via email
  • Maintain contact with both existing, lapsed and new prospect customers
  • Produce quotations and follow up on calls to close the sale
  • Follow up on inbound sales enquiries via email and telephone calls


The successful Internal Sales Executive will possess:

  • Previous sales experience within a sales environment is a necessity
  • Must be able to understand, develop and establish the needs of potential customers
  • Ability to influence, convince and build effective rapport with new and existing customers
  • Excellent verbal communication skills along with a superb telephone manner
  • Motivated to increase earning potential by achieving targets


The successful Internal Sales Executive can expect:

Basic salary of up to £22,000 + uncapped quarterly bonus
