Helpdesk Technician x 4 - Cambridgeshire
We are working with an established company based in North Cambridgeshire who are looking to hire 4 Helpdesk Technicians on a 3 month basis covering 8am to 6pm, Mon to Fri (some extra project work may be required outside of these times).
You will be an experienced Helpdesk Technician with knowledge of:
- Desktop, Application and Hardware faults
- Technical change issues
- PC build and networking knowledge is beneficial
The client have their own bespoke call logging system and you'll be responsible for logging calls and raising tickets onto their intranet. You will be expected to attempt first line fixes with problems and then escalate if no solution is found.
These new roles will allow the existing Helpdesk Team to provide field support to other offices and sites across the region but you must also be willing to support the existing team at other sites if needed.
You will ideally be based in the North Cambridgeshire area or within in a short commute of the head office - you will need your own transport for this role.
