To provide dedicated assistance for field technicians within the company.
The key focus of the role will be to ensure that technicians are supported and are functioning to full capacity through planned preventive maintenance, equipment safety checks, fault finding and repair and recording of completed works.
In addition ensuring that a high standard of workmanship & communication are key priorities of the role.
To ensure technician productivity levels are sustained through maintenance of equipment as required & in line with current legislation.
To keep records of all PPM, statutory inspections and servicing of equipment for the technician workforce.
To attend work equipment breakdowns, fault find & repair where possible.
To contribute to development and maintenance of supply chain relationships.
To ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are compliant with current Health and Safety requirements.
To ensure COSHH and Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to & in keeping with the company policies.
To maintain and develop own skill levels with particular reference to technical matters, working practices and innovation.
To ensure high standards, in self and others in respect of working practices.
To work in conjunction with the operations Team.
To build a ‘one’ team environment within the FMO team.
To share and create a best practice environment within the business.
