Digital Transformation Programme Manager.
This is a long term contract for a leading Gloucester based Emergency Services organisation. Your role will be to manage delivery of cultural change to introduce and embed digital behaviours, more efficient and effective ways of working, learning, partnering, information-exploitation and management and public participation and engagement.
You will develop the Digital Transformation Programme scope, objectives and deliverables whilst designing and driving implementation of the programme to ensure delivery and achieving the required strategic objectives.
As Programme manager, you will govern, prioritise, sequence and allocate resources, planning the financial management and control to ensure a robust audit trail of programme outcomes, benefits and savings. Additionally, you will support the SRO with driving through the transformation the effective management and engagement of stakeholders and users.
You will be responsible and accountable for the design, development and implementation of a organisation wide Digital Transformation Programme.
You will lead and support interpretative and creative thinking in relation to the scope and strategic direction of the overall programme, including the development of a structured business case, ensuring and enabling effective and critical stakeholder management.
Responsible for leading and managing the strategic and operational design of the programme and associated work streams and projects, aligning to the requirements of the constabulary’s strategy and planning and associated national programmes.
Because of the nature of this organisations work, you will be expected to maintain a high standard of information security and be vetted to SC level, clearly those with current SC level clearance are available to start much sooner and this would be seen as definite benefit.
