Digital Business Analyst - Based in Northampton, this innovative automotive company see technology at the heart of their customer experience. With a huge web presence they have some unusual and interesting technical challenges.

They are looking for a highly talented Business Analyst to join the team who are responsible for the design and development of the website as well as their car retailing platform. 

You will be performing traditional BA duties, capturing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for infrastructure systems and services and you will have ownership and creation of Business Requirements Documents for full lifecycle of projects. You will support the design and implementation of technology solutions and will test and validate IT solutions against requirements whilst working with the wider Project delivery team.

You will ideally have 2 years’ experience of working as a technical Business Analyst with a good understanding of IT infrastructure, technologies and services, inclusive of: Windows architecture - Windows7/10, SCCM, Active Directory, Direct Access, Single Sign-on, Windows upgrades.

  • Google GSuite
  • End-user - Desktop and devices, Security, Remote Access, VPN.
  • Network - Cisco components/MPLS/ High availability.  
  • Datacentre technology - VMWare, Firewall/DMZ, SAN storage, Backup.
  • IT Operations - SLAs, SOPs, Service and Operations transition, ITIL processes.
