A global leader in the Blockchain and Crypto Currency ecosystem, is currently seeking a full-time Development Experience Manager. We are looking for a someone with experience in building Development Communities around a product and analyzing and understanding their needs and requirements. We need someone who is used to managing deeply technical communities and functioning in a fast-paced production and marketing environment. Ideal candidates will know how to build, manage and evolve Development Communities and understand the products, tools, features comms and marketing artifacts required to grow, develop and support the Ecosystem and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help define and execute the strategy for building a robust and active developer community

  • Work with Marketing and community on analysing and prioritising development community feature requests

  • Manage technical community forums and technical chats

  • Advise Product Management on feature requests from development community

  • Collate feedback from Development community

  • Evangelize our technologies via interactions with the developer community; help the developers envision their ability to build forward thinking integrations

  • Plan and facilitate community programs that trigger member engagement, including both virtual and physical events (e. g. user groups)

  • Market and evangelize the community both externally and internally

  • Develop and manage an editorial calendar

  • Develop and enforce community guidelines, policies, and best practices

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Deep technical understanding of Cryptocurrency space and blockchain technology

  • 5 + years Development Experience with relevant Technologies

  • Technical Community Management experience

  • Ability to lead and guide initiatives across other departments - build and maintain relationships

  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

  • Strong organizational ability to effectively community information and ideas in English in written and verbal format.

  • Qualification: MCA, B.Tech/BE, or equivalent degree

  • Supervision - Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel

  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
