Customer Service Delivery Team Leader (Flexibility, culture, innovation)
Great opportunity for a customer service manager or team leader to join the UK's leading vehicle repair and replacement services, who help more than 1 million motorists each year.
About the role
You will embark during a period of improvement and innovation, and be responsible for managing a team of experienced service coordinators (up to 8 people), who are responsible for delivering first class experience to retail (B2C) and insurance (B2B) customers. We’re looking for someone with a demonstrable experience in improvement and development of a customer service operations including staff and service levels.
You’ll use you Team Leader experience to positively influence and build effective relationships with your team and the business. You’re comfortable in an environment of rapid change, willing to be hands on and get things done. Your people management experience will help improve the management of performance, change and cultural structure.
- Strong people management experience.
- Record of meeting delivery targets around deadlines and accuracy
- Demonstrable experience of contributing to improvement of productivity, quality and profitability of a customer service department.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
