Change Manager 

3 month contract



Change Manager - We are actively seeking the skills and experience of a Change Manager to join a well established IT service centre based in Cambridgeshire. The role will work closely with the existing team in particular working alongside the Service Architect ensuring that all design changes are implemented correctly via the plan in place. In the position of Change Manager you will review all changes to the existing IT Services in place as well as co-ordinate and communicate these changes to the wider business to ensure a smooth transition. Creation of documents is essential in regards to this position to ensure that the plans are maintained and implemented comprehensively. 

Skills and experience required for the position of Change Manager:

  • Previous experience in a large scale environment in the position of Change Manager
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and formats
  • The ability to create and maintain strong working relations with suppliers, customers and managers etc
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL Framework
