Business Analyst (TOM) - Financial Services – Northampton x2
We're looking for Business Analysts to work on a large scale Digital Business Transformation and Change programme for a financial services client in Northampton
You'll need a strong understanding of capturing, understanding and creating business TOMs (Target Operating Models) and duties will include creation/analysis of business requirements, business procedures, process mapping/re-engineering, implementation activities and you will work across and support the entire £multi-million programme.
The role needs a self-starter, someone that can hit the ground running quickly with very little hand holding outside of where the programme is in terms of meeting deadlines. You will need to be confident, assertive and have the required gravitas to join an existing programme where delivery timelines are firmly set and immovable.
Required experience:
- Financial services/retail banking background (preference given to)
- Large scale programme experience (essential)
- Transformation/change experience (essential)
- Strong Business Analysis skills - business transformation, business readiness, stakeholder mgmt, communications, capturing reqs, user stories, creating requirement documentation, process review ('as-is', 'to-be') etc (essential)
Must be comfortable with going through standard financial services background checks (credit, work history, Disclosure Scotland etc).
6 month initial contracts available, strong likelihood of extension thereafter.
