This is an effective Agile environment and ideally you will have experience of User Stories – delivering and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories in JIRA (covering functional and non-functional requirements), through stakeholder workshops.
You will be a results driven self-starter who can utilise your own enthusiasm and intellectual energy to quickly engage and influence, you will be critical and analytical and be able to challenge the business stakeholders, sponsor, problem owner and users to define the real business problem behind the expressed “needs” to ensure that the solution team is solving the right problem, and not providing the right solution to the wrong problem.
Your IT skills should include a strong understanding of MS Products and knowledge of JIRA, Rally or similar Agile development tools. Desirable skills and knowledge but by no means essential - Publishing, Digital Platforms, Digital Transformation, SAP, AWS (Azure).
