Our client, a global publishing company believes in doing things differently! Based in Oxford, they are seeking a results-driven Automation Campaign Manager to help drive their global email and digital marketing strategy.
With a focus on engagement and demand generation, the Automation Campaign Manager will develop high-impact personalised campaigns and automations in Pardot and Marketing Cloud to drive content consumption on their Online platform and generate sales leads.
• Work with the marketing CRM teams to plan, gather requirements & execute campaigns across digital channels to deliver key business goals
•Plan, create, implement and report on campaign programmes across the marketing funnel – demand generation, lead nurture, personalised content, product marketing, newsletters and customer triggers.
•Build testing frameworks (A/B testing, test and learn) to optimise subject lines, CTA efficiency, open rates, clickthrough and conversion rates to meet stated KPI's
•Plan and map customer journeys across the customer lifecycle and proactively identify opportunities where automation can improve engagement and conversion
•Develop campaign, content and workflow recommendations for the marketing team
•Manage measurement of campaign performance and optimisation, and deliver regular reports of campaign results; make recommendations to senior management for improvements to team and departmental objectives
•Utilise behavioural and personal data to improve campaign personalisation
•Build effective long-term & strategic relationships both internal and external
•Plan and manage resources to deliver objectives and ensure return on investment
•Maintain and develop an awareness of external issues and market developments, including competitor activities, needs of customers, advances in technology, and professional and academic trends, and share findings with the business and team
•Contribute to developing opportunities for new and existing products and services to improve the customer experience
•Lead and foster a culture of high-level performance, motivation, quality, efficiency and innovation in the team, helping to encourage new ideas and constructive feedback
You will be expert in digital marketing execution with a strong understanding of the latest customer engagement tactics. You will have demonstrable experience and knowledge of marketing automation tools ideally Marketing Cloud, Pardot. Having a data-driven approach to marketing, with a strong understanding of statistical & financial information, commercially focused on getting results.
