Sounds like a dream, right?<\/p>\n<p>Not quite.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to job losses, AI tools, and the dreaded \u201cQuick Apply\u201d button, it&#8217;s now easier than ever for candidates to apply to jobs\u2014often without reading the job ad, checking the salary, or even knowing what the company does.
