This is not always <\/span>negative &#8211; it\u2019s purely a factual analysis of your current situation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<span id=\"docs-internal-guid-89bf2263-7fff-c358-baed-2f86689c7dae\">Is your salary not quite in line with what you expect? Are you lacking opportunities for progression? Maybe you want a low-stress role that you enjoy and that gives you a sense of purpose.
